• Providing the Ministry of Development and Technology with services in the field of consultancy, reservation, purchase and delivery of airline tickets and intermediation in obtaining visas for the Ministry's delegates 1. The subject of the order is a service for the Ministry Development and Technology services in the field of consulting, reservation, purchase and delivery of airline tickets and intermediation in obtaining visas for the Ministry's delegates. 2. Detailed information regarding the description, scope and conditions of implementation of the subject the order is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Designed provisions of the contract that will be introduced into the content of the concluded contract, in particular the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 3 to the contract. 3. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act, the Ordering Party requests that throughout the entire period of implementation of the subject of the order, the contractor or subcontractor employs people who will operate telephone lines and people who will service e-mail addresses referred to in the OPZ in Chapter III letter B paragraph 1 on the basis of an employment contract, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. 4. Requirements regarding the employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the field of implementation the orders were specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). 1.
