"Providing municipal waste collection and transport services from properties located in the Ożarow commune in 2026"
a)The subject of the order is:
•collection of mixed municipal waste from all properties inhabited and not inhabited by residents located in the area Ożarow commune and their transport to the Municipal Waste Processing Installation (IPOK), i.e. the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Janczyce, commune. Baćkowice.
•collection and transport of separately collected municipal waste to the processing installation indicated by the Ordering Party in accordance with the hierarchy waste management and the principle of proximity
Number of properties Approximately 3,450.
c) In the Ożarow commune, the following municipal waste was collected in 2025:
- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - approx. 1,677,600 tons
- segregated waste approx. 982,450 tons.
d) The Ordering Party provides for the duration of the contract, i.e. 12 months:
- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - approx. 1,900 tons
- segregated waste - approx. 1,095 tons) from inhabited and uninhabited properties
