Justification for not dividing the order into parts: The Ordering Party does not divide the order into parts because it is not justified due to the specific nature of the services: division would result in an increase costs of providing the service by commissioning the performance of various scopes of services to different contractors, excessive difficulties or costs could result in incorrect execution of the order.
