Description:
The scope of the order includes:
1) Collection of all municipal waste from residential and uninhabited properties in the commune and city of Węgliniec and their transport to the Municipal Installation in Lubań ul. Bazaltowa 1 or the replacement installation indicated in Resolution No. XLIII/450/17 of the Regional Assembly Voivodeships Lower Silesia of December 21, 2017. regarding the implementation of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship on the principles set out in the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733). Pursuant to the agreement concluded between Węgliniec Commune and Lubań Municipality of March 1, 2012.
2) Organization of selective waste collection in the commune in accordance with the specification divided into fractions specified in Resolution No. 197/XVI/19 of the Węgliniec City Council of December 5, 2019 on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune and town of Węgliniec, as amended and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 29, 2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906).
3)Enabling owners of both inhabited and uninhabited properties to leave the area Communes and cities in Węgliniec rent, lease or purchase containers for collecting municipal waste.
