I. General characteristics of the Bieruń commune in the context of municipal waste collection:
1. Area of the Bieruń commune 4,049 ha
2. The number of uninhabited properties covered by the waste management system as of December 31, 2023 - 210.
3. Estimated amounts of waste (in Mg) expected to be collected during the periode from May 1 to December 31, 2024:
unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste 1,210.00 Mg, ash 2.70 Mg, paper and cardboard including paper and cardboard packaging 43.00 Mg, glass including glass packaging 137.00 Mg, plastics, metals, including plastic and metal packaging and wastey multi-material packaging51.00 Mg, biodegradable kitchen waste35.00 Mg, biodegradable waste1.8 Mg; TOTAL1,480.50 Mg.
II. Basic rules for collecting municipal waste from the Bieruń commune: The Contractor's obligations as part of the provision of municipal waste collection servicesowners of uninhabited properties located in the Bieruń commune are obliged to:
1.Collect municipal waste from uninhabited properties, indicated above, collected in bags or containers, respectively, in accordance with the list of uninhabited properties provided byfrom the Ordering Party, developed
on the basis of declarations submitted by owners of uninhabited properties.
2. Municipal waste collection should be carried out:
1) continuously, without disturbing the night's rest (from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.),
