Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in collecting municipal waste from owners of uninhabited properties located in the Bieruń Commune. The estimated amount of waste to be managed during the order implementation period was determined based on data from previous years and amounts to 347.00 Mg. Forecasted number of unresidential properties covered by the waste management system in 2026. 185.
2. The scope of services and their description can be found in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e.: detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), draft provisions of the contract, template calculation form.
95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party informs that it sets requirements regarding employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the execution of the order consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended).
Details regarding the above-mentioned requirements, the method of employment verification and the Ordering Party's control rights are included in the draft provisions contracts that constitute an annex to the SWZ.
4. The order is not covered by financial support.
5. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting a variant offer.
6. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers under the subject order.
