Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of care services at the place of residence of the charges of the Municipal and Communal Social Welfare Center in Piczow, in accordance with Art. 17 section 1 point 11 and art. 50 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1283, consolidated text). The expected amount of benefits during the period of contract implementation: care services of approximately 15,000 hours/year, the expected number of people covered by the services will be approximately 45 people/month. Due to the specific nature of the subject of the order, the actual number of people to whom the services will be provided and the actual number of hours of service provision will depend on the actual number of people who are entitled to assistance and the scope of this assistance. Care services include assistance in meeting everyday living needs, hygiene care, care recommended by a doctor and, if possible, ensuring contacts with the community, art. 50 section 3 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance
