- 1. The subject of the order may only be performed by persons who meet the following criteria: 1.1. Have a valid license to practice as a nurse; 1.2. Have experience in nursing work, min. 3 years in the hospital ward, Hospital Emergency Department, long-term care, Nursing and Treatment Facility, Social Welfare Home, etc. in the last 10 years (counting back from the deadline for submitting offers); 1.3. Have a valid medical certificate confirming the absence of contraindications for work issued by an Occupational Medicine doctor; 1.4. Have a valid certificate for sanitary and epidemiological purposes; 1.5. Have a valid professional liability insurance policy. 2. The Ordering Party estimates the monthly number of hours carried out as part of the provision of nursing services, for each part of the order will be 48 hours. The Ordering Party estimates that over the entire period covered by the order, the total number of hours provided as part of the provision of nursing services, in each part order, will be: 576 hours (12 months x 48 hours) subject to point 4.5.
