Description:
The subject of the order is the service of a nurse providing assistance to patients in the units of Mazowieckie Centrum Neuropsychiatrii Sp. z o. o. in Zabrze in 2025. The scope of tasks specifying the order: - ensuring the patient's health needs; - performing activities in the process of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation patient; - performing activities related to the patient's admission to the ward; - using the AMMS system; - keeping medical records; - planning and providing patient care; - independently prescribing medications in accordance with the acquired knowledge and competences; - education and promotion of patients' health at ward; - participation in the administration of botulinum toxin under general anesthesia and completing the documentation required during treatment. ATTENTION!!! The offer submitted by the entity performing medical activities referred to in Art. 26 section 1 of the Act of April 15, 2011 on medical activities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024 pos. 799) will be rejected.
