The subject of the order is described in detail in SWZ PART II (OPZ) and in SWZ PART III (PPU).3. CPV (Common Vocabulary Zamwie): - 79710000-4 security services - 79711000-1 services surveillance using alarm4. The Ordering Party does not plan to exercise the option right.5. The ordering party does not reserve the obligation for the contractor to personally perform key tasks, i.e. protection of facilities and property.6. Ordering party in accordance with Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor pursuant to employment contracts of persons performing activities related to the execution of the order, i.e. a person proposed to supervise physical security employees, a coordinator, a person proposed to perform personal and property security services as an unqualified physical security employee, a person proposed to support performing services from the rapid response group as a qualified physical security employee, i.e.: persons performing activities involving the performance of work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Code work.Information...
