The subject of the order is the provision of Contract Engineer services to the Ordering Party consisting of technical, administrative and financial management, administrative and legal support (including acting as the Investor's Supervision Inspector within the meaning of the Construction Law) for the plannedh by the Ordering Party of the projects entitled
1) "Construction of a set of solar collectors for hot water in the city of Gliwice along with a heat storage facility", and
2) "Expansion of the existing heating plant with a steam unit with a multi-fuel boiler generating heat and electricity in high-efficiency cogenerationand planned for implementation on the premises of PEC Gliwice Sp. z o. o. in Gliwice at ul. Krolewska Tamy 135" in the "design and build" formula
