Providing permanent physical protection of persons and property with the support of the intervention group in the facilities of the District Court in Toruń, the District Court in Chełmno, the District Court in Golub-Dobrzyń and the District Court in Wąbrzeźno "
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the physical protection service of persons and property along with the support of the intervention group within the facilities of the District Court in Toruń, District Court in Chełmno, District Court in Golub Dobrzyń and the District Court in Wąbrzeźno in accordance with a detailed description of the scope of activities covered by the order contained in Annex 1 to SWZ, which will constitute an attachment to the contract. Services covered by the subject of the contract should be provided in accordance with the requirements specified by the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 532).
7 point 34 of the Public Procurement Law, the service was qualified as a social service specified in Annex XIV to Directive 2014/24/EU.
3. Zakres Orders: The protection service is to consist in activities ensuring the safety of life, health and personal inviolability as well as actions to prevent crimes and offenses against property, as well as preventing damage resulting from these events and pre -admission to admission unauthorized persons to the protected area.
4. The concise description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract.
