- providing the service of a personal assistant to a person with a disability for Local Government Units, 2026 edition - 5,093 hours (in words: five thousand ninety-three). The number of hours of personal assistance provided to a given person will be indicated each time. by the Social Services Center in Supna. the total number of hours provided during the year may be increased by 10% of the order value. Assistants performing the services must be covered by group third party liability and accident insurance by the Contractor throughout the duration of the contract. Ordering party refund the costs of third party liability and accident insurance for assistants related to the provision of personal assistance services in the amount of up to PLN 200 based on the actual costs incurred after presenting the invoice. The contractor is obliged to send 7 assistants to: providing personal assistance services for 13 people with disabilities, including 1 person for 1 person with a disability and 6 assistants for 12 people with disabilities.
