A brief description of the subject of the order: The personal assistant service of the disabled person aims to help people with a significant or moderate degree of disability, in performing daily activities and in the functioning in social life. The scope of the Assistant Service in particular consists in assistance in: 1) output, return or commuting in selected by the Program Participant, 2) of purchases, subject to the active participation of the Program Participant with their implementation, 3) dealing with official affairs, 4) establishing contact / cooperation With various kinds of organizations, 5) use of cultural goods, eg a museum, theater, cinema, art galleries, exhibitions, 6) performing activities of everyday life. When taking action, the Assistant is required to take into account the needs and preferences of the program of the program or legal guardian. Assistant services can not be provided by family members, legal guardians or persons actually residing with the participant of the program. Detailed information is included in Chapter 4 SWZ.
