- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of physical security services for the property of the AQUARA swimming pool complex by security employees in 2026. The property covered by property protection is located in Radomsko at ul. w. Jadwigi Krlowa 22 on plot no. 228/36, 228/37, 228/79, 228/120, rev. 32 Radomsko. Complex includes a swimming pool building and accompanying infrastructure, which includes, among others: water attractions, outdoor pools including a water playground, educational path, access roads, parking for cars and buses, elements of small architecture, area lighting and external installations water and sewage. The facility area is lighted, fenced and equipped with 4 entrance gates. The facility area monitored using infrared cameras is visible at night without additional lighting. The building consists of 3 floors, 2 above ground + one underground, building area 2,311.61 m2. On the underground floor houses technical and storage rooms.
