The subject of the order is comprehensive physical protection of the facility and property located within the protected facility: the seat of the Local Government Kindergarten and the nursery in Kobierzyce at Robotnicza 19 and 19A Street, located within plot No. 206/4, for which the District Court in WrocΕaw for WrocΕaw Fabryczna The 4th Land and Mortgage Registry Department maintains a land and mortgage register no. WR1K/00093171/1, in the scope of protection against theft, burglary or other acts of illegality resulting in the taking or destruction of the Ordering Party's property. The area adjacent to the protected facility is also protected. 4.2. The task of a security officer directed by the Contractor to perform the services is to protect the facility and the property located therein, as well as the adjacent area, prevents crimes and offenses against this property, as well as prevents damage resulting from these situations and random events, and prevents access to the protected area unauthorized persons, apart from persons entered on the lists, authorized to stay on the PSK premises outside the designated office hours (Director, Deputy Director, Maintenance Officer and persons recommended by them by telephone or in writing).4.3. ...
