Description:
1. The subject of the order is: provision of physical security services at the headquarters of the District Roads Authority in Misko Mazowiecki, ul. Warszawska 219, within a permanent fence, with a total area of 3,725 m2. The scope of duties includes: a) ensuring physical protection of property in the square parking lot, protection of office and utility buildings, surrounded by a permanent fence with a total area of 3,725 m2 (diagram of the location of the buildings attached), b) providing physical security (serving one caretaker/guard) in shifts, in accordance with the attached working hours schedule (Appendix No. 1 to contracts), c) patrolling the square, movable property and real estate located within the permanent fence of the headquarters of the District Roads Authority, at regular intervals of at least two hours, d) ensuring cleanliness and order in the service room and on the square of the ZDP headquarters, e) conducting documentation related to the protection of the facility and property - a security activity book in which the following entries should be made: taking over of the service, recording the area inspection and its result, recording all events, recording the completion and will convey...
