Part 1 of the order - for the ZUS Branch in Biłgoraj, ZUS Branch in Lublin;
Part 2 of the order - for the ZUS Branchin Radom, ZUS Branch in Kielce;
Part 3 of the order - for the ZUS Branch in Wałbrzych, ZUS Branch in Legnica;
Part 4 of the order - for the ZUS Branch in Ostrow Wlkp., ZUS Branch in Wrocław.
