Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, including the collection, transportation and delivery of postal items as well as the collection of postal items from the Ordering Party's registered office in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2029. The subject of the order also includes the return of the shipments by the Contractor to the Ordering Party after exhausting the possibilities of delivering them or handing them over to the addressee.2. The ordering party accepted the number of letter items of each type based on the analysis of its needs. Compilation of the list of letter items for collection shipments from the Ordering Party by the Contractor constitutes the basis for the Contractor to calculate the offer price.3. The ordering party is not obliged to complete 100% of the specified amounts of letter shipments. The type and quantity of letter items are estimates and will change depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, to which the Contractor agrees and will not pursue any claims for changes in type and quantity during the implementation of the subject of the order.
