Description:
Providing a postal cargo transport service by road (AM service) to Germany for RL Wschód 1. The subject of the order is the provision of car scheduled services in international traffic for the Ordering Party, i.e. the AM service, consisting in transporting parcels by road, the content of which will be postal items, under which the Contractor is obliged to accept shipments for transport at the location and the date specified in the AM Service Implementation Schedule, constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft contract and release of Parcels accepted for transport at the place specified in this Annex. 2. As part of the provision of the AM Service, the Contractor undertakes that the vehicle used to transport the shipments will arrive at the place release of shipments within the time specified in the AM Service Implementation Schedule, constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft agreement Course report: Warsaw - Leipzig 1.
