Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in 2026, consisting in the collection, sorting, transportation and delivery in domestic and foreign traffic of letter items and their possible returns (hereinafter referred to as shipments) and the return of the receipt.2. Services that are the subject orders will be delivered in accordance with the provisions of applicable law in this regard, in particular the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 366) and the implementing acts issued on its basis.3. Detailed requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the method of providing services the subject of the order are included in the Detailed description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to this SWZ.4. The remaining conditions of the order execution are regulated by the provisions of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, which constitute Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
