Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of a service under the name: provision of postal services for the City and Commune Office in Midzychod in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (12 months). The contractor is pursuant to the provisions of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, amended) will testify postal services in domestic and foreign traffic for the City and Commune Office in Midzychod with its headquarters in Midzychod at ul. Marshaka Pisudskiego 2, 64-400 Midzychd, in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering letters, postal items and parcels to any place in the country and abroad and their possible returns as undelivered. The detailed scope of services is described in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order.3. If the Ordering Party sends postal items not included in the list, the basis for settlement with the Ordering Party will be the prices included in the price applicable on the date of receipt. postal items in the Contractor's postal service price list.
