The subject of the order is the provision of postal services for the Commune Office in Wierzchosawice. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of: 1) postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of collecting, receiving, movement and delivery of letter items, parcels and their possible returns, including in particular: a) acceptance, movement and delivery of registered letter items and letter items that are not registered items, b) acceptance, movement and delivery of letter items with return acknowledgment of receipt, c) acceptance, movement and delivery of items returned after exhausting the possibilities of their delivery, d) collection of items covered by the contract from the place and at the hours indicated by the Ordering Party, e) other necessary services guaranteeing the proper performance of the subject of the order, 2) services of accepting, transporting and delivering courier shipments within the meaning of Art. 3 point 19 of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law in domestic traffic and abroad.
