The subject of the order is: provision of postal services to the Czersk Commune in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.1. The subject of the order are postal services within the meaning of the Postal Law Act of November 23, 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended), consisting in the provision of services postal services in domestic and foreign traffic for the Czersk Commune (Czersk Municipal Office) in the scope of accepting, transporting and delivering postal items and their possible returns.2. Postal services that are the subject of the order will be provided in accordance with generally applicable provisions law, in particular the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text - Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended) and implementing acts issued on its basis.3. The Ordering Party envisages sending parcels in a manner consistent with the provisions governing administrative and civil proceedings.4.
