Description:
1. The order covers the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic in the years 2026-2027, within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended), in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering postal items and parcels, shipments and courier parcels and their possible return to the Ordering Party after exhausting the possibilities of delivering them or handing them over to the recipient. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order for each part can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which will also be an annex to the contract. 3. Annex specified in the quantity and price list No. 2 to SWZ, the types and quantities of shipments as part of the services provided are estimated (indicative based on the history of the Ordering Party's postal services) and may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, to which the Contractor consents, thereby declaring that it will not pursue any claims for changes in type and quantity during the execution of the contract. 4. Postal services will be provided in particular in accordance with the principles set out in the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law and the implementing provisions to this Act. 5.
