- The subject of the order is: a) provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering postal items, and their possible returns, within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended). amended), including their delivery under the terms provided for in Art. 42, 43 and 44 of the Act of June 14, 1960, Code of Administrative Procedure (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 572, as amended), except that in the case of delivery specified in Art. 44 1 section 1, the letter should be kept at the nearest post office to the addressee of delivery, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027; b) provision of courier services for registered letter items and postal parcels up to 50 kg in the scope of their collection, movement and delivery, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 r.
