- The subject of this order are postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of receiving, sorting, moving and delivering postal items (letter items and postal parcels) and their possible returns, which will be carried out according to the needs of the Ordering Party in accordance with the principles set out in generally applicable legal provisions, in particular the provisions of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended). The services constituting the subject of the order are the scope includes: a) postal services in domestic and foreign traffic regarding letters, in the scope of their receipt, sorting, transportation and delivery; b) postal services in domestic and foreign traffic regarding parcels, in the scope of their acceptance, sorting, transportation and delivery;c) providing the Ordering Party with acknowledgment of receipt and undelivered shipments (letter items and postal parcels), after exhausting all possibilities of their delivery or release to the addressee/recipient;d) collection services correspondence from the Ordering Party's office every day on business days.
