Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in the field of receiving, moving and delivering postal items (including deliveries resulting from the provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure), the return of the ZPO (return acknowledgment of receipt) acknowledged by the addressee, as well as the return shipments not delivered after exhausting the possibilities of delivery or release to the recipient, in domestic and foreign traffic.2. The subject of the contract will be implemented on the terms set out in the Essential Provisions of the contract and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular: 1) the Act of November 23, 2012 r. Postal Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended) and implementing acts;2) international postal regulations binding the Republic of Poland with international agreements on the provision of postal services and binding regulations of the Universal Postal Union;3) Acts of June 14, 1960 Code of Administrative Procedure (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 572, as amended) regulating the mode of serving letters sent in administrative proceedings.3.
