Description:
4.2. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services throughout Poland and abroad to the District Office in the Wielkopolska family, ul. Daszyskiego 5, 63-000 roda Wielkopolska in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering postal items, including deliveries resulting from provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure and their phrases. For shipments with return confirmation of receipt, the Contractor will deliver to the Ordering Party's registered office an acknowledgment of receipt acknowledged by the addressee immediately after delivery of the shipment, within the deadlines specified in the Regulation. Minister of Administration and Digitization of April 29, 2013 on the conditions for the provision of universal services by the designated operator (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1026). The contractor is obliged to deliver the shipment in accordance with the Act of June 14, 1960 - Code of Administrative Procedure (i.e. Journal Laws of 2024, item 572).
