The subject of the order is the provision of postal services within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1640, as amended) in domestic and foreign traffic in the scope of accepting, transporting and delivering postal items and their possible returns, as well as services collection of parcels from the registered office of the Ordering Party, i.e.: Warsaw Family Assistance Center with its registered office at ul. r. - 31.12.2028 (or until the amount of remuneration is exhausted), with the reservation that the control of the state of use of this amount should be do Ordering. 2. is a description of the subject to SWZ orders.
