Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366) in the scope of accepting and delivering postal items, their returns and parcel collection services postal from the ordering party. The scope of provision of postal services covered by the subject of the order includes: 1) acceptance by the contractor, grouping, sorting, transportation and delivery of postal items in domestic and foreign traffic for the ordering party, for each person indicated by the ordering party address in the country and abroad, whereby grouping and sorting means the contractor's sorting of postal items according to their address in order to move them from the place of origin to the postal facility appropriate for their delivery, 2) the contractor returns the items to the ordering party postal items not delivered after exhausting the possibilities of their delivery or release to the sender only to the location listed in item 1 in table A SWZ,3) additional service of the contractor regarding domestic and foreign trade in the scope of return confirmation reception...
