Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, consisting in accepting parcels from the Ordering Party, transporting them and delivering them to the addressees, and in the event of impossibility of delivery, also returning them to the Ordering Party.2. By postal items that are the subject of the order means letter items weighing up to 2,000 g and parcels weighing up to 100,000 g in domestic and foreign traffic: 1) unregistered letter item sent and delivered without a receipt, 2) registered postal item - postal item accepted against acknowledgment of receipt and delivered against receipt receipt, including: a) priority shipment - the fastest category, b) economic shipment - a shipment that is not the fastest category, c) registered - a shipment moved and delivered in a way that protects it against loss, loss of contents or damage, d) with return confirmation of receipt (ZPO) a shipment that enables the sender to obtain confirmation of its receipt in the form of a paper document, e) a shipment with a declared value; 3) a traditional parcel, a registered shipment in the economic version or priority...
