Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering parcels and their possible returns, within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1640), for the needs of the Municipal Office in Pasek. The contractor will be obliged to provide postal services in accordance with generally applicable legal provisions, in particular the Postal Law.2. As part of the provision of services, the Contractor will be obliged to perform, among others: the following activities: 1) The Contractor is obliged to deliver shipments addressed to the Ordering Party to its registered office in accordance with the Postal Law Act and implementing acts issued on its basis, 2) documenting the sending of shipments, 3) delivering accepted shipments to any place in the country and abroad, 4) returning uncollected shipments immediately after exhaustion the possibility of delivery and to always indicate the reason for return on the shipments, 5) provide the Ordering Party with return confirmation of receipt of the delivered shipments immediately after delivery.3.
