Description:
1. The subject of the order is: provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic in the scope of collection, acceptance, transportation and delivery of postal items, as well as possible returns of undelivered items.2. Postal services will be provided on for the benefit of the County Office in Piła and departments in Wyrzysk: the Department of Communication and the Department of Geodesy and Cartography.3. The subject of the order should be performed in accordance with the principles specified in generally applicable legal provisions, including: Act of November 23 2012. Postal law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, consolidated text) along with applicable implementing acts, the Act of June 14, 1960, the Code of Administrative Procedure, and the Act of November 17, 1964, the Code of Civil Procedure.4. Detailed description the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.5. The ordering party specifies the requirements referred to in Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law.
