- The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic by accepting, moving and delivering parcels in the scope of: registered parcels leaving the Municipal Social Welfare Center at ul. 3 Maja 33, 41 200 Sosnowiec. Service provided for 5 days in week from Monday to Friday during the Ordering Party's working hours, i.e. on Mondays from 7.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., on Fridays from 7.30 a.m. to 1 p.m., on other days of the week from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., excluding public holidays. 2. Acceptance, transportation and delivery of shipments and theirs any returns and complaints should be made in accordance with the provisions of the Postal Law of November 23, 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366), the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of November 26, 2013 on complaints about the postal service (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 474). 3. By delivery, the Ordering Party understands the delivery of the shipment to the addressee, and in cases specified by law, also to another person.4.
