1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic by accepting, transporting and delivering parcels in the scope of: registered parcels leaving the Municipal Social Welfare Center at ul. 3 Maja 33, 41 - 200Sosnowiec. The service is provided 5 days a week from Monday to Friday during the Ordering Party's working hours, i.e. on Mondays from 7.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., on Fridays from 7.30 a.m. to 1 p.m., on other days of the week from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., excluding public holidays. 2. Acceptance, transportation, delivery of parcels and their possible return - complaints should be provided in accordance with the provisions of Postal Law of November 23, 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366), Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of November 26, 2013 on complaints about the postal service (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 474). 3.Delivery means the delivery of the shipment to the addressee, and in specified cases right also to another person.4. Parcels are understood as items marked with an address, submitted for acceptance or accepted by the operator for transport and delivery to the addressee. 5.
