2. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic for UMiG in Kunow, ul. Warszawska 45B, 27-415 Kunw from December 1, 2025, with Order points out that the contract is currently being implemented (valid until December 31, 2025) and its expiry date depends on the exhaustion of funds, therefore the deadline for the execution of the order in question may start later than December 1, 2025 or earlier, until December 31, 2026, or until the amount constituting the maximum remuneration for the execution of the order determined on the basis of the offer submitted by the Contractor regarding the acceptance, movement and delivery of postal items (letter items, postal parcels), including courier items, and their possible returns to the sender after exhausting all possibilities of their delivery or release to the recipient, daily delivery services, return acknowledgments of receipt (ZPO) after successful delivery and daily collection of parcels from the registered office. within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law.
