Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of postal services by the Contractor within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended), in domestic and foreign traffic, to the Commune of Aleksandrow Dzki (i.e. Municipal Office in Aleksandrow Dzki, Kociuszki Square). 2, 95-070 Aleksandrow dzki), in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering postal items and parcels and their possible returns to the registered office of the Ordering Party, as well as the service of collecting parcels by the Contractor from the registered office of the Ordering Party.
