- The subject of the order is the provision of universal postal services in domestic and foreign traffic in the scope of receiving, moving and delivering postal items, postal parcels in domestic and foreign traffic and their possible returns within the meaning of the Postal Law Act of 23 November 2012 for the benefit of the Ordering Party: the Commune Office, the Commune Council and the Civil Registry Office in Turonia Kocielna, ul. Biaostocka 5, 18-106 Turo Kocielna. 2. The contractor is understood as an entrepreneur authorized to perform postal activities, i.e. one with a permit from the President of the Office of Communications Electronic to perform postal activities in the field of accepting, moving and delivering parcels in domestic and foreign traffic. 3. If the tender documentation (SWZ with annexes) indicates the trade name of the company, goods or product, the ordering party - in relation to the indicated parameters or data (technical or any other) directly or indirectly identifying the goods or products directly in the tender documentation - allows equivalent solutions consistent with the technical data and parameters contained in the above-mentioned document...
