Description:
The Ordering Party entrusts, and the Contractor accepts, the performance of services consisting in accepting, transporting and delivering, and in the event of inability to deliver, return to the Ordering Party parcels in Poland and abroad, within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended). A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. Description of the subject of the order. The rules for using the services, as well as the Contractor's liability for non-performance or improper performance are specified in: 1) Postal Law Act of November 23, 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366). from Mon. amended),2) Regulations for the provision of postal services covered by the subject of the contract applicable at the Contractor,3) Code of Administrative Procedure Act of June 14, 1960 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 572, as amended),4) Other legal acts related to the implementation of the services that are the subject of the contract, issued pursuant to the Postal Law Act.
