Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of a task entitled: provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic for the Czernichow Commune Office in the year 2026/20272. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic for the Czernichow Commune Office in the scope of: 1) receiving, transportation and delivery of postal items to any place in the country and abroad in accordance with the provisions of Art. 2 of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (uniform text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended), 2) return of undelivered items, stating the reason for non-delivery, 3) delivery return receipt confirmations to the Ordering Party immediately after their successful delivery.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the OPZ, and in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
