Quality requirements relating to the main elements constituting the subject of the order:1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services by the Contractor to the organizational unit in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of receiving, transporting and delivering to each indicated address. address of postal items and their possible returns (letter items and postal parcels), within the meaning of the Postal Law Act of November 23, 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended) and the service of collecting items from the registered office of the Organizational Unit. 2. Services subject to this orders will be provided in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, in particular the Postal Law Act of November 23, 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended) and the implementing acts issued on its basis specifying the requirements and conditions of the provided postal services, including including: a) time indicators for postal items in domestic traffic; b) requirements for the acceptance and delivery of postal items; c) the method of arranging the designated operator's post offices; d) the method of providing services.3.
