- The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, including the sending of letter items by the Contractor to the designated operator, for which the legal provisions stipulate that submitting a letter to the post office of the designated operator is tantamount to bringing it to court or the deadline for submitting the letter is deemed to have been met if, before its expiry, the letter was posted at the post office of the designated operator, including the conditions of Art. 165 2 Code of Civil Procedure, Art. 580 section 2 Public procurement law, art. 83 3 Law on proceedings before administrative courts, art. 57 5 point 2 Code of Administrative Procedure, Art. 12 6 point 2 of the Tax Ordinance, as well as art. 17 Postal law, in particular: 1) acceptance, transportation, delivery and returns concerned: a. registered domestic letter items, b. domestic letter items registered with confirmation reception, c. domestic registered letter items of the fastest category, d. domestic registered letter items of the fastest category with acknowledgment of receipt, e. registered foreign letter items of the fastest category, f. shipment...
