- 1. The subject of the order includes the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic to the Gniezno Commune Office, al. Reymonta 9-11, 62-200 Gniezno, in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering postal items and their possible returns in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 23 November 2012. Postal law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366). The legal basis regulating the implementation of the services that are the subject of the order is the Act of November 23, 2021, Postal Law (hereinafter referred to as the Act) and the implementing provisions to the Act. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No 1 of SWZ.
