- The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, consisting in accepting, sorting, moving and delivering to each indicated address parcels with correspondence, return of undelivered parcels, confirmation of receipt within the meaning of the Postal Law Act of 23 November 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended).1.1. Postal items that are the subject of the order are understood to mean letter items weighing up to 2000 g: a) ordinary - unregistered items that are not the fastest category in domestic traffic, b) registered - registered items that are not shipments of the fastest category in domestic traffic, c) registered with return acknowledgment of receipt (ZPO) - shipments that are not the fastest category, accepted with confirmation of posting and delivered against acknowledgment of receipt in domestic traffic, 1.2.
