Description:
provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic for the Lubuskie Regional Branch and 12 District Offices of ARiMR in 2026 and 2027, including the sending by the Contractor of letter items to the designated operator, for which the legal provisions stipulate that the submission of a letter to the operator's post office designated is tantamount to submitting it to the court or the deadline for submitting the letter is deemed to have been met if, before its expiry, the letter was posted at the post office of the operator designated in these conditions of Art. 165 2 Code of Civil Procedure, Art. 580 section 2 Public procurement law, art. 83 3 Law on proceedings before administrative courts, art. 57 5 point 2 Code of Administrative Procedure, Art. 12 6 point 2 of the Tax Ordinance, as well as art. 17 Law postal.
