Description:
Determining the subject of the order and the scope of the order: 1. The subject of the order is to provide postal services to the Municipal Road Authority in Bielsko-Biaej in the years 2026-2027, consisting in the provision by the Contractor of postal services and universal postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in scope of acceptance, transportation and delivery of postal items and return of items not delivered to the addressee within the meaning of the Postal Law Act of November 23, 2012.2. The services that are the subject of the order will be provided in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, in particular the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law, and the implementing acts issued on its basis, with particular regard to Art. 57 5 point 2 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, hereinafter referred to as the Code of Administrative Procedure, and Art. 165 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, hereinafter referred to as the Code of Civil Procedure, and the Tax Ordinance Act, due to the nature of the correspondence sent. A detailed description of the scope of the subject of the order is included in Chapters III of the V Specification of Conditions Orders.
