- The subject of the order is the provision of postal services to the National Center for Support for Agriculture, Field Branch in Warsaw within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of November 23, 2012. Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366), hereinafter referred to as Postal Law, covering in particular:1) accepting, sorting, moving and delivering registered and unregistered postal items and parcels to any place indicated by the Ordering Party in the country and in the world, as well as possible returns of these parcels to the Ordering Party; 2) delivering shipments containing letters in the proceedings before the Court, letters addressed to enforcement authorities, other letters and official documents, the submission of which at the Polish postal office of the postal operator or the Polish office of the designated operator by law gives the effect of simultaneous submission of the letter to the court, bailiff, government body or office or local government; 3) collection of shipments from the Ordering Party's office located in Warsaw, Plac Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warszawa; 4) sending shipments from offices located at the following addresses: Al.
