- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services for the needs of the District Office in Puck in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of receiving, moving and delivering postal items, unaddressed forms and parcels and their possible returns - within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025) and the implementing acts issued on its basis. 2. Description of the subject of the order, conditions of its implementation and obligations of the Contractor include: 1) PPU, constituting an Appendix No. 6 to SWZ.2) Description of the subject of the order, Appendix No. 7 to SWZ. 3) As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: a) perform the order consisting in the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign trade in the scope of receiving, movement and delivery of postal items, unaddressed forms and parcels and their possible returns, hereinafter referred to as the Order.
