- 4.2. The scope of services includes the receipt, sorting, movement and delivery of postal items, including courier items, in domestic and foreign traffic and their possible return after exhausting the possibilities of delivering them or handing them over to the recipient and the return of the ZPO (return acknowledgment of receipt) confirmed by addressee. The service includes electronic confirmation of receipt. The scope of the order also includes the service of collecting shipments from the Ordering Party's headquarters. The detailed scope of the order is described in Appendix No. 5 - OPZ and other attachments to SWZ.
